  • No refund policy (We do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed).
  • White products: No exchanges after purchase.
  • Eligibility for Replacement:
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Time Frame:
  • The replacement request must be made within '3' days from the date of delivery.(Only once)
  • Documentation Required:
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Photographs of the product in its current condition and the packaging.
  • Return Process:
  • Contact us(whatsaspp/ Call)to initiate the replacement process.
  • Return the product to the address provided by us.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.
  • All courier charges for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Claims for Wrong Item, Missing Part, or Defective Product:
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package and the unboxing process to verify the claim.
  • Shipping Costs:
  • If the replacement is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
