Return & Refund Policy
- No refund policy (We do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed).
- White products: No exchanges after purchase.
- Eligibility for Replacement:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Time Frame:
- The replacement request must be made within '3' days from the date of delivery.(Only once)
- Documentation Required:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Photographs of the product in its current condition and the packaging.
- Return Process:
- Contact us(whatsaspp/ Call)to initiate the replacement process.
- Return the product to the address provided by us.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.
- All courier charges for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
- Claims for Wrong Item, Missing Part, or Defective Product:
- Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package and the unboxing process to verify the claim.
- Shipping Costs:
- If the replacement is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
